Doa Kim studied in a performing-arts department and enjoys romantic comedies, with an interest in acting. After joining Passion Sisters in 2025, she made her first Taipei Dome cheer appearance that August and received teammates' help in adapting to work in Taiwan.

In 2026, she released her first photo book, 想與你一起渡過. Her July 26 interview discussed working abroad and her hopes of acting and advertising work. A September Passion Sisters episode featured her opening photo books with JJUBI and Link. Her stadium work that year also included solo dance and Chinese-language group singing.
