Profile
Zizi studied at Hwa Kang Arts School and entered commercial dance work after graduation. An invitation from Lamigo in 2013 brought her into baseball cheering. Her career later moved from LamiGirls to the girl group 伊梓帆 and Formosa Sexy, with live dance and stage performance connecting those roles.
At Formosa Sexy, she works on choreography, rehearsals and costumes while helping performers with different styles collaborate. The squad's themed activities combine music, audience games and cheering. She continued as captain at the 2026–27 season launch and spoke about maintaining the connection between players and supporters throughout a game.
For her birthday in 2021, she financed and helped plan her first solo single, Russian Roulette. Her own channel retains its official music video and a choreography-practice version, offering two ways into the same work. She also joined Lulumi, 少鹽 and 芊芊 in a four-person Formosa Sexy music unit for Sexy Beast.
The reality programme 炸裂吧！女孩 added physical tests, memory challenges and public performances to her experience. Alongside competing, she worked on balancing dance leadership with the wider group. Teaching also matters to her: helping learners gain skill and confidence connects with her work developing squad members.
Start with the Russian Roulette music video, then compare the choreography-practice version. Her personal Instagram, @t40533, and ZNTV梓梓董梓甯 YouTube channel provide routes to her work beyond the basketball court.
